How we handle cancellations and refunds

At Smartechor LLC, we strive to deliver high-quality digital services and products.

1. General Policy

  • Due to the nature of digital services, completed work and delivered digital products are non-refundable.

  • If you purchased a subscription or service that has not yet started, you may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase.

2. Exceptions

Refunds may be granted in the following cases:

  • Duplicate payment or billing error.

  • Service not delivered due to our fault.

  • Legal requirements under consumer protection laws.

3. How to Request a Refund

4. Processing

Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
