An online store is only one part of the sales process. Behind every order sit payment, documentation, banking services, and operational work. When those parts are separate, every sale adds extra steps and manual reconciliation of information.

Orchanto needed to bring online sales together with e-invoices, electronic delivery notes, and banks, with the ability to operate across multiple markets. The challenge was keeping a clear product core while the connected services differ from country to country.

We organised the architecture around an online-sales core and adaptable integrations. The catalogue, orders, and payment form the main flow, with documentation and banking connections linked to it.

This approach lets differences between markets be handled through the right integrations, instead of reworking the entire sales system. The focus was on connected operations — from the customer's purchase through to the operational obligations that follow.

We delivered a platform covering the catalogue, payments, order management, and integrations with e-invoicing, electronic delivery notes, and banks. The technology foundation includes Next.js, TypeScript, and PostgreSQL, with API connections to the linked services.

The sales flow and the administrative side are unified in one system built to work across multiple markets. Connecting services is part of the product architecture, which reduces the need to solve every additional requirement with a separate tool.
