QBISA
A next-generation ERP for companies of up to 10,000 employees
A next-generation ERP that brings a company's entire operation and every department into one place — all information and processes, quite literally, in your pocket.
QBISA · Business ERP system

01 / Challenge
The problem
When procurement, inventory, finance, HR, and production run in separate tools, connecting their data becomes a daily job in itself. People re-enter the same information, departments work from different versions of it, and leadership struggles to see the business as a whole.
QBISA needed to bring those processes together in a system that makes sense both for day-to-day operations and for running the company. The particular challenge was keeping the breadth of ERP functionality from making everyday access to information complicated.
02 / Strategy
How we framed it
We designed the platform around a single shared source of data and a modular organisation of the business. Procurement, inventory, finance, HR, and production are connected areas of one system, with access governed by each user's role.
Mobile access was part of the product approach from the start: important information has to be available even when the user is away from their desk. Reporting and control are therefore tied directly to operational processes, rather than living in a separate set of spreadsheets.
03 / Execution
What we built
We built a modular ERP platform with role-based access control, reporting, and access from a phone. The technology foundation is Next.js, TypeScript, Node.js, PostgreSQL, and Redis, running on cloud infrastructure.
The system unifies the business areas in one working environment. Each user reaches the information and processes relevant to their role, while leadership gets a view of the connected business.
The product scope, as defined in the project specification, is designed for companies of up to 10,000 employees.
